Train the trainer TOT

CDC director participated in a TOT course in Lebanon from 8th to 10 July, 2018. The course was run by the Spearhead training institute and funded by ministry of higher education and scientific research-Kurdistan regional government. TOT course (Training of Trainers) provides you with strategies and resources needed to conduct effective training sessions with high confidence.  The course also teaches you the techniques and skills that will enable you to deliver persuasive and productive and powerful presentations.
